What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in identity (email, name, login methods).
- Your purchase library and entitlements (worked solutions, revision notes, practice and predicted papers).
- Your IB Papers Pass, if any, and any redeemed coupon records.
- Your cart and any saved preferences tied to your account.
Deletion is immediate and permanent. Purchases are not refundable on deletion, and access cannot be restored afterward. Anonymized analytics and short-lived security logs (auto-deleted within 24 hours) are not linked to your identity and are not part of your account.
