Most purchases on PapersDaddy are made-to-order study materials — solved past papers, topical sets, revision notes, and predicted or practice papers. Once you place an order, we prepare your materials specifically for you: solved sets are added to your Library, and compiled past-paper bundles are emailed to you.
Because each order is produced individually for you, we cannot offer change-of-mind refunds once your materials have been delivered.
If we fail to deliver your order within our stated delivery window, or your materials never arrive, you are entitled to a full refund to your original payment method. Just get in touch and we will make it right.
Some purchases grant immediate access to existing digital content, such as access coupons. Because access is granted the moment you buy, these are generally non-refundable once redeemed — unless a technical fault prevents you from using what you paid for.
We want you to be happy with what you receive. If your materials do not match what you ordered, contain errors, or you are unable to access them, contact our support team within 7 days of your purchase. We will correct the issue or, if we cannot, issue a refund.
If you have a question about a charge or wish to dispute a transaction, please contact us first before reaching out to your bank or payment provider — we can almost always sort it out quickly. Refunds are returned to your original payment method.
