PapersDaddy does not offer refunds. Every purchase on this site is final once it is placed.
We know that is a firm position, so we would rather you read it here, before you buy, than discover it afterwards. Everything below is about making sure you never need a refund in the first place.
What you buy is digital, and it becomes yours permanently the moment it reaches you. Solved sets, topical packs, revision notes and predicted papers land in your Library with lifetime access; compiled past-paper bundles are sent to you as files you keep. There is no way to hand any of that back, and no way for us to un-deliver it.
Every product page tells you exactly which papers, sessions and variants are included, and what the finished material looks like. Where a sample is available, it is free to open — read it first and judge the quality for yourself.
If anything is unclear, ask us before you pay. We would much rather answer a question than sell you something that was not what you wanted. Email support@papersdaddy.com and we will tell you plainly whether what we have is the right fit.
A delivery problem is our problem to fix, and we fix it properly. If you received the wrong file, a download will not open, an item is missing from what you ordered, or you cannot reach your Library, tell us and we will put the correct material in your hands.
That is the remedy we offer in every case: we make it right with the product you paid for. Contact support@papersdaddy.com with your order number and what went wrong, and we will sort it out.
