Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using PapersDaddy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the site. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Use of the service

PapersDaddy provides access to past papers and mark schemes for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You agree to use the platform lawfully and responsibly. Specifically, you agree not to:

  • Use automated tools, scripts, or bots to scrape, download, or bulk-access content
  • Redistribute, resell, or republish papers on other websites or platforms
  • Circumvent security measures, rate limits, or access controls
  • Create multiple accounts to bypass usage limits
  • Use the platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws

User accounts

Some features require a free account via Clerk (our authentication provider). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Paid services

Certain content (such as IB past papers) may require a paid access coupon. All purchases are final. Access is granted for the period specified at the time of purchase. Coupons are single-use, tied to one email address, and non-transferable.

Content ownership

All past papers, mark schemes, and related exam materials are the intellectual property of their respective exam boards. PapersDaddy does not claim ownership of this content. Our platform design, branding, code, and original written content are owned by PapersDaddy.

Limitation of liability

PapersDaddy is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for any damages resulting from use of the platform, including but not limited to inaccurate content, service interruptions, or data loss. Use this site as a supplementary study tool alongside official exam board resources.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to PapersDaddy at any time, with or without notice, for any reason — including violation of these terms or suspected abuse. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
